They did an excellent job. They were courteous, polite and on time.
They cleaned everything up as they went. They layed tarps down in the driveway to catch nails and debris. They went around the house with a magnetic sweeper to pick up missed nails. It was very cold so we offered our house to them to come in and eat their lunch and use the restroom. They were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them. The roof looks great.
His crew were fine young men. They were very well behaved. My wife was especially pleased as she heard no offensive language the entire time they were here. The work was begun and completed without missing a day. As I recall it took about 2 1/2 to 3 days to complete, including cleanup.
Yoder is a family owned, Amish company. The Amish owners not only manage the company, they do the estimates and are working members of the roofing crew. They want to do the job right. They did an excellent job. They were meticulous and focused on minor details. Two examples. They painted all vent stacks black. They color matched flashing to shingle color. They repaired roof decking seams that were improperly installed when the home was built. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the work site. We highly recommend locally owned and operated Yoder roofing.
